AjaxSpeaks Evaluation License Agreement

Effective: July 2026

1. Evaluation Purpose Only

This license grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited license to access and use the AjaxSpeaks synthetic enterprise dataset ("Dataset") solely for internal evaluation and testing purposes. Commercial training, production deployment, or benchmarking for public release requires a separate Commercial Training License.

2. Permitted Uses

You may:

• download and store the Dataset internally;
• use the Dataset to evaluate quality, relevance, and suitability for your AI training needs;
• share the Dataset within your organization for evaluation purposes only.

3. Restrictions

You may NOT:

• redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly host the Dataset;
• use the Dataset for commercial AI training or production deployment;
• use the Dataset to build competing datasets or services;
• circumvent any access controls or usage limits.

4. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in the Dataset remain with AjaxSpeaks. This evaluation does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights.

5. No Warranty

The Dataset is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. AjaxSpeaks disclaims all warranties, express or implied.

6. Termination

This license terminates automatically if you breach any terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the Dataset.

7. Governing Law

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware.
