Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the AjaxSpeaks website or purchasing any edition of the SWE-Enterprise dataset, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site or purchase the dataset.
Dataset License
SWE-Enterprise editions are licensed, not sold. Each edition includes a specific license as described at the time of purchase:
- Free Sample — Evaluation only. May not be used for commercial model training.
- Community Edition — Non-commercial use. Permitted for academic research and individual evaluation.
- Professional & Enterprise Editions — Full Commercial Training License. You may train models, deploy in production, benchmark, and publish results using the dataset.
You may not redistribute the raw dataset files, sublicense the dataset, or use it to create a competing dataset product.
Intellectual Property
All SWE-Enterprise worlds, .mem files, codebases, Slack conversations, bugs, missions, and architecture records are original synthetic works owned by AjaxSpeaks. The website design, brand, and content are also our intellectual property.
No Warranty
The SWE-Enterprise dataset is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. While we rigorously validate all worlds for structural correctness and label accuracy, the synthetic nature means occasional anomalies may exist.
Limitation of Liability
AjaxSpeaks shall not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use the dataset, including but not limited to lost profits, data loss, or model performance issues.
Refunds
Digital dataset purchases are generally non-refundable due to the nature of the product. Please review the free sample before purchasing to confirm the dataset meets your needs.
Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
