Commercial Training License

The core license covering all commercial use of AjaxSpeaks synthetic enterprise worlds.

Commercial Training License

All AjaxSpeaks editions — from Evaluation through Enterprise — include a full Commercial Training License. This license grants you the right to use the synthetic enterprise worlds for AI model training, fine-tuning, benchmarking, and evaluation in both research and production environments. The license is perpetual for any dataset content downloaded during the subscription term, meaning you retain access to worlds you've already downloaded even after a subscription ends. Updates, new world releases, and expanded domain coverage require an active subscription.

Each license is granted per-entity and is non-transferable. The price scales with the number of worlds licensed — from 5 free sample worlds to the full 24,316-world Enterprise edition. No royalties or revenue-sharing are required on models trained or fine-tuned using AjaxSpeaks data.

Can I fine-tune models?
Yes. The Commercial Training License explicitly permits fine-tuning foundation models on AjaxSpeaks synthetic data for both research and production.
Can I deploy commercially?
Yes. Models trained or fine-tuned on AjaxSpeaks datasets may be deployed in commercial products, services, and internal systems.
Can I publish benchmark results?
Yes. Publishing benchmark results, evaluation scores, and research findings is permitted and encouraged with proper attribution.
Can I redistribute the dataset?
No. The license does not permit redistributing, reselling, or publicly hosting the raw dataset. Third parties must obtain their own license.
Who owns derivative models?
You do. Models trained or fine-tuned on AjaxSpeaks data are your intellectual property. No claim is made on model weights or architectures.
Can I sublicense it?
No. The license is non-transferable and non-sublicensable. Each entity must acquire its own license.
What happens after renewal?
Perpetual access to datasets downloaded during the license term. Updates and new worlds require an active subscription.

License Limitations

  • No redistribution of raw data — You may not redistribute, resell, lease, or publicly host the AjaxSpeaks dataset or any substantial portion thereof. Third parties must obtain their own license directly from AjaxSpeaks.
  • No building competing datasets — You may not use the dataset to create, train, or generate another dataset that competes with or substitutes for AjaxSpeaks synthetic enterprise worlds.
  • No use for synthetic data generation — You may not use AjaxSpeaks data to train models specifically intended for synthetic data generation targeting the same enterprise domains (fintech, healthcare, security, SaaS, and others covered by the dataset).
  • No exceeding licensed world count — Usage is limited to the number of worlds purchased in your chosen edition. Accessing worlds beyond your licensed tier requires upgrading your subscription.
